Ethereum Leads Crypto Fund Inflows with Record $2.87 Billion

Ethereum leads the week with a record $2.87 billion in institutional inflows, driving $3.75 billion across crypto and pushing assets under management to a $244 billion peak.
Digital asset investment products attracted $3.75 billion in net inflows last week, according to CoinShares’ weekly report. Total assets under management (AuM) reached a record $244 billion.
Ethereum products captured 77% of total weekly flows, recording $2.87 billion in inflows. The figure represents a new weekly record for Ethereum funds. Bitcoin products brought in $552 million during the same period.
The United States dominated global flows, accounting for 99% of net inflows at approximately $3.73 billion. Canada recorded $33.7 million in inflows, followed by Hong Kong at $20.9 million and Australia at $12.1 million. Brazil saw outflows of $10.6 million while Sweden recorded $49.9 million in outflows.
CoinShares noted that flows concentrated heavily in one provider, iShares, during the week. The concentration highlights how a large U.S. fund drove most of the weekly activity.
Unusually, almost all inflows were concentrated in a single provider, iShares, and one specific investment product. Total assets under management (AuM) reached an all-time high of $244 billion on 13th August following recent price rises,
the report says.
Ethereum’s year-to-date inflows reached $11 billion, representing 29% of its assets under management. Bitcoin’s year-to-date inflows equal 11.6% of its AuM for comparison. The proportional data shows stronger relative growth for Ethereum products than Bitcoin funds in 2025.
Among smaller digital assets, Solana products attracted $176.5 million within a week. XRP funds recorded $125.9 million in inflows. Litecoin products saw minor outflows of $0.4 million, while Ton funds experienced $1 million in outflows.
CoinShares tracks weekly flow data across exchange-traded products and similar vehicles linked to major crypto assets. The data serves as a gauge for institutional and wealth management demand.
